refund and Return Policy

We hope that your purchase(s) from Rigour Engineering are to your satisfaction. However, if you wish to return an item you can do so in accordance your statutory rights or with this Returns Policy.

A return is only accepted for items that meet the following criteria:

  1. The item must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
  2. You must be able to product a proof of purchase.
  3. The item must be in the exact condition it was supplied with no cosmetic or other damage caused by you, the purchaser or caused during your use of it.
  4. The item must be returned in its original packaging.

To process your return:

  1. Email us at simon@rigourengineering.co.uk to notify us of your wish to refund/exchange. Please attach proof of purchase.
  2. Send the item to: Rigour Engineering – Returns DPT, Otterhill Farm, Rowtown, Addlestone, Surrey, KT15 1HD
  3. We will then inspect the item(s) and confirm eligibility for refund/exchange.
  4. We will then contact you to arrange a suitable solution.

Other terms and conditions

We are not responsible for shipping costs incurred during the returns process.

We are not responsible for damage which occurs during the returning of the unit to us. You must ensure that items are suitably packaged and suitable insurance is purchased for the shipment to manage the risk of returning via post.
