Small to medium sized cable preparation jobs consume a lot of production hours, which are spent manually cutting wires to length and stripping the insulation, to then use them in wiring looms. This process is very time consuming, and not very accurate.
With the Wire Cutter and Stripper Series 1 this wire preparation process has been simplified, automated and is accurate.
The machine allows you to cut wires to length (1-9999mm). One end can then be fully stripped, partially stripped or scored (1-10mm) and the other end can be scored (1-10mm).
The Series 1 has a top feed which makes it perfect to sit underneath or next to a wire rack. You can also feed in wire from a desk reel holder or you can purchase a machine with a top mounted wire reel holder (see below).
